Booking and cancellation

Booking:

A booking is confirmed when Justview Co., has received the applicable deposit from the clients and the clients have received written confirmation from Justview Co., of such booking.
The information that they are providing regarding clients shall be complete and accurate,
All bookings are based upon the current price given by the goods and/or service provider at the time the booking is generated. The fees of hotels, ryokan, express train etc. shall be paid in advance for reservation. Other fees such as transportation (ordinary train, metro, etc.) shall be paid after arriving Japan. When booking on hotel, transportation, the sooner , the better, but depending on the season. Usually it is recommened to book 3 weeks before arriving Japan in spring to autumn, and 2 weeks before arriving Japan in winter

Cancellation policy:

1) Hotel, ryokan---
Cancellation until 3 days before staying --- no cancellation fee (refundable, transfer fee shall be paid by client)
Cancellation after 3 days before staying --- cancellation fee of total fee (norefundable)

2) Express train ----
Cancellation until 3 days before taking train--- no cancellation fee (refundable, transfer fee shall be paid by client)
Cancellation after 3 days before taking train--- cancellation fee of total fee (norefundable)
